Jay has had the benefit of being exposed to dual jurisdictional practice. As an intern, Jay assisted counsel in the High Court of Singapore in the matter Amiira v Shizard over a 4 day trial (2015).
As part of Jay's training component at College of Law and earlier during my university studies, Jay travelled to Singapore frequently and assisted our Singapore branch BMS LAW LLC (Singapore). Jay was given the opportunity to attend and assist (as an intern) at various chamber applications heard before the High Court of Singapore.
Jay is admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia, Federal Courts and various State-level Courts.
As well as practising Australian Law, Jay is quite familiar with Singapore Laws as he has been assisting our Singapore branch with complex criminal law and civil litigation matters since the time when he was still a law student intern.
